The kitchen is the heart of the business, and this project showcases a remodel of an existing office space designed for similar usage. Major updates include a revamped entryway and conference rooms, as well as a reworked break/conference area. Throughout the space, we introduced new finishes and modern touches, particularly in the front entry area, which now features a new reception desk and ceiling enhancements.

The conference rooms were updated to meet the current needs of the tenants, reflecting their modern take on how they operate their business. The most significant change was the removal of walls in the break room, creating an open, versatile space that can serve both informal gatherings and formal presentations.

In this remodel, we prioritized reusing as much of the existing space and materials as possible, focusing on critical areas to maximize impact.
